Graphotherapy – Rewire your Brain by changing your Handwriting
Handwriting is the Printout of a Mind. Through the handwritten symbols, it reflects the structure of our mind and all processes that happen in our head are ultimately manifested in moods and personality traits (beliefs, habits and other patterns).
When specific patterns are repeated (and we normally repeat them on a daily basis), the formed brain structures become more solid, and personality traits more enduring. However, by intentional changing of your handwriting, you can reversibly change the impulses that you transmit to your brain, and change your brain structure accordingly.
Not only that the undesired brain structure will loosen up, and gradually disappear, but the new impulses transmitted to your brain, if repeated regularly, will further initiate forming of a new – intentional brain structure.
This means that by applying intentional changes to your handwriting, little by little you can change personality traits that do not support you, and finally change your personality to become more effective and supportive to achieving your goals.
But this only works if you train your brain!
Repeat specific intended strokes within a designated period of time (approx. 30 days, every day for 10-15 minutes, or in case of more enduring problematic traits (beliefs, habits, patterns), up to 60), and observe how your reality changes as you change.
